Each native motif—from the intricate Banksia pods to the flowing Gum leaves—is first painted onto leather hard clay, and then meticulously hand-carved. This revealing process creates a stunning high-contrast effect, showcasing the raw, earthy clay beneath creating a textured motif that is unique.
